Rift Warrior Guide by Killer Guides

Rift Warrior Manual

The Rift Warrior Guide by Killer Guides is an excellent piece of work. The guide is offered at the online store as a digital copy in PDF format. The manual is written in a simple to understand language, yet contains some of the most advanced strategies for the warrior class. The guide content include the important specifics about the class that many may have missed to explore given the grandiose world of Telara to explore.

I got a copy of the Warrior guide very early on in its making and as promised, the guide gets frequently updated and I get those updates for free. The guide is basically a warrior’s only guide so all the gaming strategies such as how to level up fast, how to make lots of gold or win PvP fights and raids are all tailored for the warrior. Details about the souls like champions, paladins and the void knight are also covered. Since all MMORPGs I’ve played makes lots of updates and new patches get released often, I prefer sticking to guides that comes with free updates. The Rift Warrior Guide is exactly that and more as it offers clearly unique strategy content that couldn’t be found just anywhere. I would also recommend using the warrior guide along with the Rift Strategy manual for max out your performance in Rift. You could increase your character’s level to the maximum. Rift Warrior

The most important things that come to discuss when talks about Rift Warrior Gameplay are game mechanics, roles play and of course strengths and weaknesses of the Warrior calling.

Game mechanics

There are 2 primary mechanics for The Rift Warrior : power and attack points.

Power regenerate the resources used for abilities. In this way you can get the most of your abilities.

Generally power reach the full stream and produce regenerate rate around 10 power per second.

Attack points is build on the warrior. You can select up to 3 attack points at a time. The attack points are built up to certain abilities.

Powerful abilities is up to the more attack point you have for that special abilities.

And it work best when you have selected 3 attack points.

Placing a debuff on the target with 1 attack point could last 5 seconds. While using 3 attack points will have the debuff last 15 seconds. Assume that Warrior abilities cost 20 power and global cooldown is 1.5 seconds, You could use Warrior’s capabilities as a warrior. With an extended fight will limit to how much power you have maintained. Power is the main keys that indicate the abilities of the warrior.

Roles Play

Rift Warrior have 2 main roles which are tanking and damage-dealing.

Compare with other callings, warrior is the best for tanking melee. These are all different souls avaialble in Rift Warrior:

*Beastmaster
* Champion
* Paladin
* Paragon
* Reaver
* Riftblade
* Vindicator

Rift Warrior Guide to the Builds

It’s quickly becoming more and more obvious that the Rift warrior is likely to become one of the most widely played classes in Rift. The warrior calling will be released with eight available souls during game launch. The warrior is both a damage dealer as well as a tank. Like every other game, there are a great number of possible builds that gamers can make use of in order to level up quickly, increase winning odds in PvP and those for solo and group play.

Here you will find some sample builds to get you started in the game. For more in-depth recommendations for the class, getting a full reference such as this Rift Warrior Guide would be recommendable. Well, here goes….

For leveling up quickly at the very start, you would want to be playing either the riftblade or paragon soul. Why? The paragon can attached from long distances thus making your survival during the early levels much more secure. You could have dealt lots of damage before your target is close enough to start attacking you. The ranged damage dealt by the paragon is not to be taken lightly either. While in close combat, the paragon continues to excel as a warrior.

The other option for early leveling besides dealing damage from afar is to make sure you have warrior abilities that can heal or at least buff yourself. For that, the other warrior leveling build is the riftblade. With the rift blade soul, you have access to the air blade ability which is a buff to increase your damage. As mentioned above, these are the two warrior builds I would recommend to start out with. The elemental touch and the elemental blade which are the riftblade’s abilites can also significantly increase damage dealt on those monsters.

All of these various callings have different skills and abilities and will dramatically affect how you play the game of Rift. The Warrior Paladin soul focuses on defense as much as his mighty offense. Their large shield and tactical evasive maneuvers offers protection on the field of battle for all those loyal to his cause. Fighting with a Paladin means that you carry with you the might to slay a foe and the gentility to defend the weak and hold up your righteous virtues against the evil powers of darkness.

The Warrior Warlord soul is the master of delegation. He is able to command his enemies and his delegates into submission through his awesome powers of negotiation and skill.

Rift Guild Guide: A Beginners Rift Guild Guide

Guilds lay at the heart of the wars that are tearing apart the world of Telara. This brief Rift guild guide will give a user the basic idea behind how these guilds work. This is not a full Rift guild guide, but a simple overview aimed at giving the player a better initial understanding.

When a player decides that they wish to form a guild, the first things that they must do is visit the NPC guild Charter Magistrate. These NPCs can be found in any of the capital cities. To purchase a guild charter from the Magistrate will cost the player 10 gold coins.

Once the player has obtained the guild charter they should right click on the charter in their inventory, and name the guild.

The Next step is to find four other players who wish to join the guild. Once there are five signatures on the guild charter, the guild will be formed. To invite other players to sign the charter you must right click on their character, and then choose the option “invite to guild”. Once the guild has been formed this same method is used to invite other players to join.

The same NPC that sells the guild charter also sells guild rally tokens, and guild artifact tokens. Guild artifact tokens are used to call forth banners, which are accesses by accumulating guild points. Guild rally tokens are used to transport the player to the area of a current guild rally banner. These are invaluable tools during guild to guild combat.

The guild will have its own interface window for the player to navigate. It will contain essential information about the guild, such as the guild roster, general guild info, guild quests, rankings, and logs.

Players can also access guild perks which allow characters to gain stats bonuses, and extra abilities. Some of these perks grant greater attack power, while others will reduce damage taken for a time, or increase over all endurance. Some of these perks apply to the guild banners as well, such as the Defenders Banner, which increases the armor value, and resistances of nearby party member for a given time. Other perks can increase money gained during combat, or increase the amount of healing granted from items such as potions.

This Rift guild guide should give new players a better understanding about the basics of forming, and joining a guild, as well as some of the benefits associated with being part of a guild.

Understanding The Rift Factions

The Rift factions sit at the very core of the story in the game of Rift. The people of the land have divided themselves into two factions, with vastly different beliefs. The first faction in Rift is the Guardians which comprise of the Dwarves, the High Elves, and the Mathosian Humans.

These three races are the chosen of the Gods to defend the virtues and ideals set forth by the higher powers. After the vicious Aedraxis summoned forth the power that stems from the Plane of Death causing chaos in Telara. The Gods chose these souls to be the harbingers of a new, and greater era in history. By magic, sword, deed and example, these chosen ones seek to purge the corruption, and lead the world of Telara into a new golden age. Of the two factions, this is the one that is truly in-tune with the Gods desire, and work towards a new holy order.

The second faction is the Defiant who doesn’t care about the Gods. If the Gods have chosen to leave them, so be it. For the Defiant, the Planar Convergence which has caused so much strife in the world of Telera is the fault of the Gods in the first place. Further more they bear a deep resentment towards the Gods for abandoning the people of Telara as the situation grew more dire. While the Guardians run around on their holy missions, erect massive temples to Gods who seem to have forgotten about their people and wait for some divine miracle, the Defiant intent to make their own miracles.

The three races of the Guardians, the Dwarves, High Elves, and Mathosian Humans seek the return of the Gods, and pray for the salvation of the world of Rift. They follow the ancient ways, and proceed in life knowing that if they follow doctrine, and continue their religious vigil the old Gods will return to save them from these desperate times.

The three races of the Defiant, the Bahmi, the Eth, and the Kelari are determined to create a new world, one that does not rely on fickle Gods and their silly whims. For the Defiant the world is one that man should forge, and the Gods are no more than an after thought.

The Rift factions lay at the very soul of the conflict that is tearing the world apart, but it is through these factions that the world will be remade anew.
